Ἐξομολογεῖσθε τῷ κυρίῳ, ὅτι ἀγαθός,
ὅτι εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα τὸ ἔλεος αὐτοῦ.
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good.
His steadfast love endures forever!

i dont know if you realize this, but the word 'hodu' ('thank')used in the hebrew thanksgiving blessing you attached is also the modern hebrew for 'turkey' (the bird, 'tarnegol hodu').
