Thanks for the confessions.
Trouble is, they installed as "Lutheran Resources" under the Resources menu in BW7.
Can this be fixed?

Yes. You can choose to put it wherever you wish. Lutheran wasn't entirely accurate, but I left it at that in order to avoid too much clutter in the menu.
To change it, open up the confessions.chd file (which you should have moved into the subdirectory of BibleWorks called "databases" in a general text editor (like Notepad). See the line that says Lutheran Resources? Just change that to whatever you want it to be classified as under the BibleWorks menu system.

Thanks for that. I'd actually discovered how to do this by messing around in the .chd file, but it's good to be confirmed that I hadn't performed some dubious hack!
